Marvin served seven years in the Army at Ft. Richardson, Alaska as a Trauma Specialist and Health Care Sergeant with two tours of duty to Iraq and Afghanistan. He left active duty in 2011 to pursue a degree in physician assistant studies while continuing his service in the Washington Army National Guard until 2013.
Marvin earned his bachelor of clinical health services at University of Washington MEDEX Northwest in Seattle, WA. He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), and the Washington Academy of Physician Assistants (WAPA).
