How to access the Proliance Surgeons webmail when out of the office:

1. Go to https://proliancesurgeons.com

2. Click on the Employee Resources link at the bottom of the home page.

3. Click on the Web Mail link.

4. Sign In. If the application asks for a username, you would enter your “Windows Username @ proliancesurgeons.com” (no quotes and all together) and then it would ask for a password which will be your Windows password.

5. Click on the Outlook link.

6. This will start Outlook Web Mail. You can send and receive messages and attachments through it.
