Can I pay my bill over the phone?
Answer: For security purposes we ask that you go to our secure website and make your payment online or mail in a check or money order.

Do you have financial assistance?
Answer: Yes. Proliance Puget Sound Orthopaedics offers financial assistance in the form of an extended payment plan where we do not add fees or interest.

When is my next appointment?
Answer: To find out the time and date of your next appointment, call our office at (253) 582-7257. Or, log into your MyChart patient portal to see details regarding your upcoming appointments. 

How do I sign up for MyChart?
To sign up for MyChart, you will need the activation code from your enrollment letter. If you have not yet received this letter, inquire at the receptionist desk or call our office at (253) 582-2691 to receive your code. If you have seen a CHI Franciscan provider in the past, then you may already have an account. Important Note: The MyChart portal used by Puget Sound Orthopaedics providers is associated with CHI Franciscan Health. Puget Sound Orthopaedics providers do not use the Multicare Health Systems MyChart portal.

Can I get a prescription refill?
Answer: Contact your pharmacy or request a prescription refill through your MyChart portal.

Are masks required inside the clinic?
Answer: Yes. As of March 12, 2022, masks are still required in medical facilities by the Washington State Department of Health. 

Do you take cash?
Answer: Cash is not accepted at any of the Puget Sound Orthopaedics locations.

How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Answer: Call our office at (253) 582-7257 to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

Is there a fee for my provider to fill out FMLA paperwork or other documents?
Answer: Yes, most documents that need to be filled out by a provider require a $10 payment.

When will I be notified of my: MRI, CT, EMG, Surgery or outside referral?
Answer: Depending on your insurance plan, it may take between 5 and 21 business days for your authorization to be processed. We will contact you to schedule the special testing appointment once we have received authorization.

How do I get a copy of my: MRI report, chart note, APF, etc.?
Answer: Contact the medical records team, call (253) 582-7257, option 6
