Yes. Proliance Puget Sound Orthopaedics offers financial assistance in the form of an extended payment plan where we do not add fees or interest.
To sign up for MyChart, you will need the activation code from your enrollment letter. If you have not yet received this letter, inquire at the receptionist desk or call our office at (253) 582-2691 to receive your code. If you have seen a CHI Franciscan provider in the past, then you may already have an account. Important Note: The MyChart portal used by Puget Sound Orthopaedics providers is associated with CHI Franciscan Health. Puget Sound Orthopaedics providers do not use the Multicare Health Systems MyChart portal.
Yes. As of March 12, 2022, masks are still required in medical facilities by the Washington State Department of Health.

Depending on your insurance plan, it may take between 5 and 21 business days for your authorization to be processed. We will contact you to schedule the special testing appointment once we have received authorization.
