Cheri and Sarah’s Patient Experience

Originally from New York, Cheri and her mother Sarah moved west to the Tacoma area 10 years ago. Cheri first learned about Puget Sound Orthopaedics after talking to a stranger at her local gym. She booked an appointment, and has been returning to PSO regularly ever since. When Sarah began to have pain in her hips, Cheri was confident that Puget Sound Orthopaedics would provide her mother with compassionate and superior care.

Colleen’s Journey to a Pain-Free Life

Colleen was a student athlete in college, and spent hours of her adult life running and hiking outdoors. When she began to have knee pain, Colleen booked an appointment at Puget Sound Orthopaedics. She underwent a total knee replacement so she could get back to her active lifestyle. Thanks to her physician’s expertise and her dedication to recovery, Colleen has fully healed from her total knee replacement surgery. She now enjoys playing with her grandchildren and going for long walks with her rescue dogs free from pain.

Mike’s Story

Mike is a retired firefighter chief who chose to seek care from Puget Sound Orthopaedics when he developed symptoms of Dupuytren’s contraction, a condition that inhibits hand mobility. Mike had his hand operation done at the Puget Sound Surgery Center. He is thrilled with the outcome and has made a full recovery.

Margaret’s Experience at PSO

After living with shoulder pain for years, Margaret realized that her injury was not going away on its own. She booked an appointment with one of the shoulder specialists Puget Sound Orthopaedics and underwent surgery soon after. Today, Margaret spends time with her family and enjoys her favorite hobbies without shoulder pain.
